The accommodation had everything needed for a group/family, with a lovely swimming pool. The patio with garden was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and had bathrobes and slippers provided. Access to 2 pools, beach towels included. Well situated, 30 mins from Verona airport and walking distance to lake water sports. Lovely outdoor furniture. Convenient location for visiting Venice.

I keep coming back because the staff is helpful, they even helped me with sim cards. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. It's great for a romantic escape with an outdoor dining area and a seasonal outdoor pool.

The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for a family of six. the location was ideal, with beautiful views of Lake Garda just a short walk away. - We loved having access to two pools, which were clean and well-maintained.

One of the bedrooms in the basement didn't have air conditioning, but we were able to keep the room cool by leaving the door open and using the air conditioning just outside. The management didn't allow any inflatables in the pool, which was a bit disappointing for the teenagers in our group.

We loved the cozy seating area and the flat-screen TV, which made us feel right at home.- The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven was a fantastic convenience for preparing meals during our stay.- The private bathroom with a bidet and hairdryer was a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of the apartment.- The patio in our unit was a great spot for relaxing and soaking up the sun.- The fireplace added a cozy ambiance, especially in the evenings when we wanted to unwind.- Having a washing machine in the unit was a major plus, making it easy to keep our clothes clean and fresh.- The electric kettle was a thoughtful addition, making it convenient to enjoy a cup of tea whenever we wanted.

Personally, we found the bidet in the bathroom to be unnecessary, but we understand that some guests may find it useful.

phoenix garda hills was even better than expected! the location was perfect for exploring sirmione and surrounding areas. the house was clean and the people were friendly. we loved the swimming pool and the amenities like the bikes and bbq in the big garden.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Sirmione. The room was clean, spacious, and even better than expected. The location was perfect, close to the bus stop, restaurants, and shops. The staff, Oksana and Svetlana, were extremely helpful and quick in their responses. it was a great value for my money and I highly recommend it.

For breakfast, it would have been nice to have more variety in the food options.

We recently stayed at Phoenix Garda and had an amazing experience! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of five. The staff were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and other attractions along Lake Garda. The garden terrace was a lovely place to relax with a coffee or glass of wine, and the pool right outside our door was a great bonus. We highly recommend Phoenix Garda!

We had a fantastic stay at this spotless property! the apartment was even nicer in person and had everything we needed for our two families with children. the two bathrooms and multiple bedrooms were perfect for us, and the kitchen was modern and well-equipped. We especially loved the patio with a large table where we could all gather for meals. the location was ideal, with beautiful surroundings for walks and easy access to nearby attractions like the castle, gift shops, and restaurants. the owner was very friendly and accommodating. a great property that exceeded our expectations!
